 Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30 1991) is known as his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. The artist has released two EPs on Capitol CMG, "I'm Free" (2012) and [3and a self-titled EP in 2014. Mansion was his debut major label album, came out in March of 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016 and peaked at the top of the list, number 12 in the US Billboard 200. The albums have earned him numerous accolades such as the Gospel Music Association Dove Award (Therapy Session) for Rap/Hip Hop Albums of the Year. Perception was ranked number one in the United States in 2017, and its third single, "Let You down" was ranked 12 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten international hit. The follow-up album, The Search (2019) was a commercial hit. Feuerstein stated that, during his youth, rap music was his escape. He would record songs with a karaoke device, recording both instrumentals and his raps using a single microphone. On the 29th of November of 2010, Feuerstein independently released his debut studio album Moments under his real name. On August 2, 2011 Feuerstein released his first single "Alone". Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the track's composers and producers. Xist Music noticed Feuerstein’s work in the year 2012. He published his debut extended play I’m Free on May 2, 2012 and Profitt was the producer. The tracklist featured nine songs that included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist was talked about their self-titled extended play NF. However, Feuerstein ended his relationship with the label and the release of NF was delayed. NF included a song called "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams in its compilation album Move Vol 1. On November 4 2013 he dropped "Beautiful Addiction", the single. Profitt was heard on the track along with vocals by Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
